The right plan depends on your work, data and service needs. Your application begins an assessment; it does not automatically activate migration, custom development or paid services.
Everyday work and rules
Confirm locations, staff roles, classes, class-card types, leave and cancellation rules, and the main process you want to improve.
Data and migration
Identify the old system, exportable fields and balances to reconcile. Agree sample checks and a cutover plan before moving records.
Delivery and acceptance
Write down the included features, requested changes, training and support scope, and how each agreed requirement will be checked.
The current advisor form requires a mainland China mobile number. International payments, country-specific compliance and service availability must be confirmed separately.
Questions before you start.
Is the public demo the same as a trial?
No. The public demo uses sample data and is available immediately. An advisor helps prepare the trial so your team can test one real process from your organisation.
Why is there no public fixed price?
The price depends on location count, staff roles, required features, old-data migration and organisation-specific needs. We confirm these first, then provide the matching plan and quotation.
Can existing data be migrated?
Yes, subject to assessment. We first review the old system, data volume, fields and financial history, then confirm what can be moved and how it will be checked.
Does the product include mobile access?
Yes. Owners and office staff can use PC and mobile management, teachers can handle attendance on site, and learners use mobile for bookings and class-credit information.
Can we request custom workflows and reports?
Yes. We first check whether current features and settings solve the need, then plan dedicated workflows, fields, reports or system connections where necessary.
How do we enable Agent-operated workflows?
An advisor assesses the Agent your organisation uses, the staff roles involved and the permitted actions. Public self-service setup is not available yet.
Can organisations outside mainland China apply?
The advisor application currently requires a mainland China mobile number. English pages describe the product, but do not confirm support for international payments or compliance in your location. Country, payment and service requirements need to be assessed before a trial or implementation is agreed.
What should we check before going live?
Check that staff can complete the agreed process, balances and payment records reconcile, each role has the intended access, and any outstanding changes have an owner and acceptance criteria. Migration, training, support and custom work are included only when confirmed in the scope.
