Street dance & dance studios
Keep every class and every visit in step.
TrainingOS suits street dance and dance studios that combine fixed groups, flexible bookings, group classes or private lessons. It connects trial follow-up, teacher and room schedules, attendance and class-card balances. Cross-course credits, shared passes and special make-up rules need to be checked against your studio’s actual policies.

Daily operations
Connect four everyday jobs at your studio.
Continue the conversation after a trial
Enquiries arrive in private chats while trial bookings sit in a separate group conversation.
Record the enquiry source and owner, then link the trial, feedback and next task so sales and office staff can continue the same customer journey.
Schedule fixed groups and flexible sessions
Regular classes, drop-in groups and private lessons share instructors and rooms, making changes difficult to track.
Plan classes, instructors, rooms, times and headcount together. Check booking, waitlist and cancellation rules against the way your studio works.
Explain credits after leave or a make-up class
A guardian reports leave, a teacher records attendance and the front desk arranges another class. The remaining balance becomes disputed.
Review booking, attendance, leave and make-up records around the same class, then reconcile each credit deduction with the remaining balance.
Use service history in renewal conversations
Contacting a learner only when a pass runs low gives staff little context for the conversation.
Review attendance, teaching notes, feedback and remaining credits when planning follow-up. Owners can also inspect enquiry, class-credit and payment records.

List how you sell classes
Include fixed groups, open sessions, private lessons and trials, with pass types, expiry dates, bonus credits and usage restrictions.
Plan a typical week
Use your actual instructors, rooms and time slots to check overlapping schedules, capacity and last-minute changes.
Try leave and a make-up class
Walk through attendance, advance leave and a make-up session. Check booking status, teacher records and every balance change.
Review with front desk and teachers
Check the management, staff mobile and learner views. Confirm access, balances and follow-up information are clear for each role.
Confirm the fit
Agree on your studio’s rules first.
- Sharing passes across dance styles or locations, and converting private-lesson credits to group-class credits, require a specific fit check.
- Competition registration, grading submissions and dance-team selection are specialist workflows outside the general scheduling and class-credit scope described here.
- The public demo uses sample data. Trial accounts, scope, duration and fees are subject to the agreed offer. Product use does not guarantee enrolment or renewal outcomes.
FAQ
Questions from organisations like yours.
Can we manage fixed groups and open bookings together?
Existing class and scheduling features cover fixed groups and flexible bookings. Test a week of your timetable to check instructors, rooms, capacity and booking rules before rollout.
Can one guardian be linked to two learners?
TrainingOS records guardian–learner relationships. Create two learners during the trial and check that bookings, attendance and class cards remain correctly assigned, including what the guardian can see.
How should we validate leave, make-ups and credit deductions?
Write down notice periods, deduction rules, make-up limits and eligible classes. Test ordinary attendance, leave and a make-up class, checking the underlying records as well as the final balance.
Can I view the demo before sharing organisation details?
Yes. The public demo uses sample organisation data. Apply for a trial or contact an advisor when you want to test your own class rules and confirm what information is needed.
