Apply for the trial

After you submit the form, a product advisor will contact you to confirm the trial focus and setup.

Advisor requests currently require a Mainland China mobile number. You can explore the public demo without submitting contact details. English website content does not imply international payments or local compliance support.

Prepare these three things before the trial.

A clear example makes it easier to judge whether the system fits your work.

01

Bring a typical working day

Choose a class or trial booking. List who handles the enquiry, scheduling, attendance and payment checks.

02

Write down your current rules

Note class-card types, credit deductions, leave, make-up classes, cancellation rules and access by location.

03

Agree what data to use

Start with sample records. If migration is needed, review exportable fields, opening balances and the checking method before sharing data.

Read the data migration checklist

What happens after you apply.

  1. Understand the current situation

Confirm the organisation type, location count, staff roles and the hardest problem to solve.

  2. Prepare the trial

Set up the selected locations, classes, staff roles and necessary sample data.

  3. Run the process together

Ask the people who will use it to complete the agreed process from start to finish.

  4. Review whether it fits

Confirm what was solved, what needs adjustment and whether to move to formal implementation.

Use four checks to review the trial.

  1. Can the team complete the process?

The actual staff members complete the agreed steps, including a leave, cancellation or other relevant exception.

  2. Do the records reconcile?

Check the opening balance, attendance, credit changes and payment records for the same sample learner against your agreed rules.

  3. Is access appropriate for each role?

Use separate staff roles to check what can be viewed or changed within and across locations.

  4. Is the next step clear?

Record what passed, what needs adjustment, who will check it and the agreed scope before formal implementation.

Decide whether to go live after the trial.

Trial data, features, assistance and start date are confirmed before setup. Migration, custom work, staff training, support and formal go-live are scoped and quoted separately as needed; the application does not activate them automatically.
